By registering for, visiting, or exhibiting at SHAPE Expo, you agree to these terms and any venue-specific rules issued by organizers. Keep your registration details accurate and follow onsite staff instructions.

Eligibility & Access

• Entry credentials (badges/passes) are personal and non-transferable.
• Minors may require guardian consent and must comply with venue safety policies.
• Organizers may refuse access for security or non-compliance reasons.

Registrations & Payments

• Exhibitor stall bookings are confirmed only after required payments.
• Invoices and due dates are communicated by the finance team; late payments may delay allotment.
• Visitor registrations are subject to verification; fraudulent entries can be cancelled.

Exhibitor Obligations

• Follow assigned stall dimensions and safety norms.
• Use approved branding; hazardous materials require prior clearance.
• Keep the stall staffed during show hours and vacate per published timelines.

Cancellations & Changes

• Organizers may adjust schedules or floorplans for operational reasons.
• Exhibitor cancellation terms follow the booking agreement shared during allotment.
• Force majeure events may require postponement or format changes.

Intellectual Property & Media

• Logos and creatives remain the property of their owners.
• By entering, you consent to photography and videography for event promotion.
• Do not record restricted sessions or confidential content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, organizers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from attendance. Direct liability is limited to fees paid for the specific booking.
